BOOKINGS PROCESS
Wedding flower quotes from Wildfloretco. are valid for 30 days - date stamp will be listed on your invoice, if you would like to still like book with us outside of this time frame please enquire via email wildfloretco@gmail.com for a new quote, and to confirm your date is still available.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to sucure your wedding date, by paying this non-refundable deposit you are:
Accepting the quote and all costs of items listed on quote and are our accepting terms and conditions. Remaining flower balance is due in full 60 days prior to wedding due date is listed on your invoice if you do not pay remaining balance by due date or make any contact you will forfeit your 20% deposit as its non-refundable for change of mind or cancellation.
AMENDMENTS
Changes can be made in writing up until 60 days prior to your wedding date, however smaller changes can be made up until 30 days out, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on what changes are, please email to discuss options for changes.
By accepting quote you are agreeing to items and costs listed on your invoice should you wish to remove some items contact us in writing atleast 60 days prior to your wedding date, no deductions can be made after this time frame (60 days prior) please note you can only remove up to 50% of the original quote estimate. Most add ons are ok up until 30 days prior but must be paid in full at time to ensure we can source extra flowers.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking please let us know as soon as possible in writing to reschedule if your new date is available we will accommodate that, if it's not available you will forfeit your 20% deposit.
If you need to cancel wedding and you have notified us prior to 60 days you will forfeit your 20% deposit. If you make contact less than 60 days prior to your wedding date to cancel and not reschedule booking you will forfeit all monies paid as we have already purchased flowers if you would still like to collect flowers and sell them on your free to do so, no refunds will be available for cancellations. We will hold your flowers for fresh (7 days after wedding) than dispose or (30 days after wedding) for artificial and dried flowers than dispose if no contact is made or picked up from booking date stamp listed on your invoice.
DELIVERY AND SET UP
Delivery and set up quotes are based on travel distance, how much time spent on setting up, labour fees, how many florists are onsite for set up, ceremony and reception set up or just 1, pack down ect, you will receive a quote specifically based on details.
We offer Australia wide shipping on most wedding flowers depending on the scale quotes are based on state, size & weight. We do not offer shipping on fresh flowers, fresh flowers are available for pick up coomera 1 - 2 days prior to wedding.
FINAL DETAILS
After booking with Wildfloretco phone consults are available to go over any details, we will also provide pictures throughout the creative process usually through socials or email.
