RETURNS POLICY
We will only except returns in the event item has a fault, in the event your item arrives with damage from post transit please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of damage so we can re do your arrangement and send back to you free of charge.
Unfortunately sometimes these things happen when sending delicate items via post, you will need to send back the arrangement in it's condition in order for us to organise a replacement please email wildfloretco@gmail.com or DM our socials to arrange.
This is very unlikely however our flowers are all real and are very delicate & our pots/vases are fragile.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for change of mind so please choose your arrangement carefully, if you wish for more photos/videos of your flowers please contact us via email wildfloretco@gmail.com or our socials DM before making your purchase.
All wedding bookings required a 20% non refundable deposit that will go towards your flowers, remaining invoices are due 60 days prior to your wedding date as detailed on your invoice so we can ensure all stock has time to arrive.
We do not offer refunds on weddings for any reason. If you do not make payment by due date or make any contact regarding an extension within 14 days past due date your wedding flowers will be cancelled deposits are non refundable, please contact us to discuss if your having trouble making payments.
